Overview
PolyTrade engaged our team to design its two-portal web product from the ground up: a trade finance platform enabling crypto-payments for trade invoices, and a lending-pool platform where users stake crypto for yield. We translated complex crypto and trade-finance workflows into an intuitive, secure UI/UX system aligned with PolyTrade’s mission to democratize real-world asset finance.
Challenge
The product combined multiple high-complexity domains: invoice verification, trade-finance compliance, crypto payments, staking protocols, and user workflows for institutions and retail. PolyTrade needed a unified design language to build from zero-one that felt trustworthy, simplified workflows, and scaled across both portals and future features.
Solution
We created a structured UI/UX framework with :
Trade-Finance Portal: Invoice upload → compliance and verification → crypto payment settlement.
Lending-Pool Platform: Crypto staking, yield dashboards, portfolio overview.
Key design principles :
Hierarchy & clarity: Clear segmentation of stages and actions so users felt guided.
Trust & transparency: Visual cues like audit badges, real-world asset labels, and secure transaction feedback.
Scalability: Component library and design tokens built for extension—multi-chain support, new asset classes, evolving features.
