Overview
Staffy is a mobile app for college staff that centralizes attendance, leave, payroll, and daily tasks. Staff can check schedules, apply leave, access payslips, and track tasks, while managers approve requests and monitor performance. The app streamlines academic administration into a single intuitive platform.
Challenge
The app needed to handle multiple workflows: attendance, leave approval, class schedules, payslips, internal marks, and grievances. Staffy had to simplify complex tasks, ensure data accuracy, and provide easy navigation for all staff and management levels.
Solution
We created a modular mobile app with:
Dashboard: Daily tasks, schedules, and notifications.
Attendance & Biometric: Track check-in/out and attendance history.
Leave Management: Apply and approve leave seamlessly.
Payroll & Payslips: View salary and payslip records.
Academic Tools: Class timetable, syllabus tracking, internal mark reports.
Grievances: Submit and track requests in-app.
